    forget about means testing the 30% rebate we do not need to damage our health system any more then it already is we should be looking at improving our health system and dental forget the carbon tax and put that money into hospital and dental and leave the 30% so people can afford to remain in health funds with out it people will rely on public hospital and that is already over loaded , thank you
